What does occupational safety fall under?

The employer must ensure the normal operation of the company’s safety production organization. This goal can be achieved particularly effectively by continuously integrating health and safety at work into the structure and processes of the company. Employers also guide employees on health and safety in the workplace and take preventive measures for particularly dangerous work areas and working conditions. When implementing occupational safety measures, the Occupational Safety and Health Act gives companies room to maneuver so that they can deal fairly with the different situations in each company.
